1. Account Creation

By registering for a TripsGalaxy account at tripsgalaxy.com, you enter into a binding agreement with Galaxims Technologies LLC. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain its accuracy.

2. Eligibility

To register, you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Be a natural person (no bots or automated scripts).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
• Not have been previously banned from the Service.

3. Registration Methods

You may register using:

• Email and password.
• Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0).
• Apple Sign-In (OAuth 2.0).

By using third-party providers, you authorize us to access your public profile info (name/email).

4. Account Security and Responsibility

You must use a strong, unique password and notify us at contact@galaxims.com if your account is compromised. You are liable for all activity under your account.

5. Information Accuracy

Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate suspension or termination.

6. Email Verification

You must complete the verification process within 48 hours of registration to fully activate your account.

7. Permitted Use and Restrictions

Your account is for personal use only. You may not:

• Maintain more than one account.
• Create accounts for others without consent.
• Share or sell your account.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

Voluntary Termination: Permanent after thirty (30) days.

Inactivity: Accounts inactive for 180 days may be terminated after 30 days’ notice.

9. Data and Trip Ownership

You retain ownership of your trip data. Upon deletion, you can request an export in JSON or CSV format within the 30-day window by contacting contact@galaxims.com.

10. Content and User Conduct

You grant us a license to store and process your content to operate and improve the Service. Unlawful or abusive content is strictly prohibited.

11. Third-Party Integrations

Integrations with Mapbox, Stripe, Booking.com, etc., are governed by their respective terms and policies.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We may modify this Agreement with 30 days’ notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes resolved via binding arbitration in Orange County, CA. You may opt out within 30 days by emailing contact@galaxims.com.
