TripsGalaxy is an AI-powered road trip planning application that enables users to generate routes, discover stops, and access third-party booking links at tripsgalaxy.com.

3. User Registration and Accounts

Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately at contact@galaxims.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Interfere with the Service’s servers or networks.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service.
• Transmit malicious code (viruses, worms, etc.).
• Harass other users or infringe on intellectual property rights.

5. Third-Party Services and Affiliate Disclosure

The Service integrates with third parties like Mapbox, Google Maps, Booking.com, and Anthropic. These are governed by their own terms.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Galaxims Technologies LLC harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Payment and Subscription Terms

Premium features are available via subscriptions:

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. No partial refunds are issued.

10. Modifications to Terms and Service

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will take effect at least thirty (30) days after notice.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access for breach of Terms or fraudulent activity. You may request your trip data within thirty (30) days of termination by contacting contact@galaxims.com.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Orange County, CA, administered by the AAA.

Opt-Out Right: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing contact@galaxims.com.
